This is used in the Table Of Contents/Layers to set the default opacity of a layer
This is used in the Table Of Contents/Layers to set whether a layer is a “Live Layer” which means it’s clickable in the map without having to use the identify tool.
This is used to control whether a layer is downloadable or not. If the keyword DOWNLOAD is present, its downloadable.
